Since my son was born my weight sunk down to 178 pounds, the same weight I was the day my daughter was born. I have seen a very motivating weight loss. However, my weight loss has stalled and is slowly starting to creep back up. I can't let that happen. So, my new plan of action is to do carb cycling. It is the diet used by Chris Powell. He uses it on his show Extreme Weight Loss.
Today is my first day of carb cycling. For breakfast I had an egg (fresh from our backyard flock), and half of a bagel. My breakfast didn't consist of enough carbs but I still think it was acceptable.
I haven't started exercising since my son was born and I believe it is time to get into an exercise routine. I am going to start with walking each day and with the 30 day squat challenge.
